‘Mother the Mother’ and think it is very important the care you receive from us reflects the needs of you and your family. We know every families needs are different and as a new Mother you will not necessarily know what those needs will be before the Baby is born.
The initial interview…
is free and a useful way of exchanging information. We can tell you about the service we offer and ourselves. It’s a good way of getting to know each other. This is the time to ask questions if there is anything troubling you. We don’t have all the answers but usually know someone who does. Once engaged by you we will remain flexible to your families needs. The formalities can be gone through, after the initial interview, if you decide to engage us. Don’t forget we are always at the end of a phone if you want a chat.
Our aim…
is to ensure that all new Mums are given the opportunity to recover from the birth of their Baby giving them the chance to recuperate while we look after their needs. Helping to develop strategies and skills that will improve their ability to bond with and take care of their Baby, encouraging them to develop their own approach and philosophies.
Our service…
is tailored to each families needs, we aim to bring calm to chaos and have listed some of our most popular requests, but of course there maybe something different that you require.
Allow Mum to rest and recuperate
- Support Mum & new Baby with sleep and feeding patterns
- Talk with Mum about the birth
- Do necessary tasks about the house ~ laundry, hoovering
- Cook a meal ~ some for the freezer
- Look after other siblings ~ nursery & school runs
- Ward off unwanted visitors & phone calls
- Even walk the dog
